About Us

Clinician Owned

The Behavior Change is not investor owned. Our center is clinician owned by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Every child receives individualized treatment specific to each child’s needs.

Mission Statement

At The Behavior Change, our mission is to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve their fullest potential through evidence-based behavior analysis interventions. We are committed to fostering positive behavior changes that enhance quality of life and promote independence.

Building a brighter future for children, one step at a time.

During therapy sessions, therapists work directly with your child, and occasionally with caregivers. The setting and number of hours in which your child receives will be based off of initial assessment. Research shows for ABA therapy to be effective ranges from 10-30 hours per week, depending on the needs of your child.

All ABA clients are assigned to a behavior team consisting of a combination with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Empowering children to succeed in life and reach their goals.

ABA therapy utilizes the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and develops individualized programs that target communication skills, behavior management skills, play skills, social skills, and daily living skills. Each program is based on a person’s behavioral assessment. At The Behavior Change, your child will receive services based off of a natural, fun, and contextual style of teaching. We value family, integrity, measurable progress, and independence.
