We're Not a Franchise: We're the Clinicians Who Actually Show Up

The Behavior Change was built by behavior analysts who chose this work because they believe in it, not because it was a business opportunity.
Every child we work with gets individualized care from a real clinical team.

Clinician-Owned ABA Services Built Around Your Child

Most ABA providers operating at scale today are backed by private equity. Growth targets, investor returns, and efficiency metrics drive their decisions: even when those decisions affect your child's care.

The Behavior Change was built differently.

Our practice is clinician-owned and led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. That means the people making decisions about your child's treatment are the same people who have spent years in the field actually delivering it. We know what good ABA looks like because we've been doing it: not managing people who do it.

That difference shows up in ways that matter: in how we build treatment plans, in how we communicate with families, in how we handle the moments when something isn't working and needs to change. There's no corporate layer between you and the people responsible for your child's progress.

Our Mission as an ABA Service Provider

At The Behavior Change, our mission is to empower children with developmental disabilities to reach their fullest potential through evidence-based behavior analysis: delivered with the kind of care and humanity that makes a real difference in everyday life.
We believe that positive behavior change isn't just a clinical outcome.
  • It's a child asking for something for the first time.
  • It's a morning routine that finally works.
  • It's a family that feels less alone in this than they did six months ago.
Building a brighter future for children, one step at a time: that's not a tagline for us. It's the reason we show up.

Why Families Choose Our ABA Therapy Services in Texas and Florida

Most ABA providers are backed by private equity and focused on growth at scale. The Behavior Change was built differently: founded and led by Board Certified Behavior Analysts who chose this work because they believe in it. Every decision we make starts with one question: what's best for this child and this family? When you work with us, you're not a number in a system. You're a family we're genuinely invested in.

Individualized Treatment, Every Time

No two children receive the same treatment plan. Every program is built from an initial assessment that looks at your child specifically: their needs, their environment, their goals, and your family's reality.

A Clinical Team That Stays With You

From your first call through every stage of therapy, you work with the same behavior team. A BCBA who knows your child's plan and a dedicated RBT who builds a real relationship with your child.

In-Home and School-Based ABA Services

Whether your family is in Miami-Dade, the Dallas metro, the Houston area, or anywhere across both states that needs support: we bring ABA behavior therapy to wherever your child is.
