Find Your Place on Our Team: Who We're Looking For

RBT

Work with children and families while implementing treatments under BCBA supervision. We're looking for RBTs who are patient, dependable, and passionate about helping children develop meaningful skills.

BCaBA

Help support every individualized treatment implementation, data-driven decision-making, and clinical collaboration while working under BCBA supervision.

BCBA

Lead individualized treatment planning, supervise clinical implementation, collaborate with families, and help ensure every child's program remains responsive to their needs and progress.

Before You Apply: What We're Looking For

Requirements vary depending on the position, but applicants should be prepared to meet the following general requirements:

Authorization to work in the United States
Appropriate RBT, BCaBA, or BCBA credentials for the position
CPR certification
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license
Ability and willingness to travel to assigned clients when required
Professional references
