Help Your Patients Access ABA Support: A straightforward path from referral to care

The Behavior Change partners with physicians and healthcare professionals to help children and families access individualized, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

Whether you're referring a patient today or helping a family understand their options, our team is here to make the process clear and help families navigate the next steps.

Serving families in Florida and Texas.

When Should I Consider an ABA Referral?

A referral may be appropriate when a child has an autism diagnosis, or when developmental or behavioral concerns are significantly affecting everyday functioning. Consider referring when you observe or hear concerns about:
  • Communication delays or difficulty expressing needs
  • Social interaction or play skills
  • Frequent or intense challenging behaviors
  • Emotional or behavioral regulation
  • Safety concerns, including elopement
  • Aggression or self-injurious behavior
  • Difficulty with transitions or routines
  • Toileting, feeding, or other daily living skills
  • Participation at home, school, or daycare
  • Increasing independence with age-appropriate skills
A referral doesn't determine whether ABA is appropriate. It gives the family an opportunity to explore their needs with a qualified provider and determine the appropriate next steps.

What We Provide: ABA Support Where Everyday Life Happens

The Behavior Change develops individualized ABA programs around each child's needs, strengths, environment, and goals.

In-Home ABA

One-on-one ABA therapy delivered by an RBT in the child's home, allowing skills to be developed and practiced within everyday routines.

School-Based ABA

Support within the school to address communication, classroom participation, transitions, social interaction, behavior, and independence.

Daycare-Based ABA

ABA support integrated into the child's daycare environment, providing opportunities to develop communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive skills .

Parent Support

Our clinical team helps parents and caregivers understand strategies and support the generalization of skills outside formal therapy sessions.

Who Provides the Care?

BCBA-Led. Individualized. Collaborative.

Every child's ABA program is developed and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

An RBT works with the child in person, implementing the individualized treatment plan under BCBA supervision.

Florida

Both BCBA clinical services and RBT therapy are provided in person.

Texas

The child receives in-person therapy from an RBT, while BCBA supervision may occur remotely when appropriate.
